    摘要:

    为了保证加工精度同时提高加工效率,提出一种用于高速加工的速度前瞻算法。该算法允许非零的起始速度和终止速度,并在给定的速度及方向限制条件下,规划出满足限制条件的速度曲线。在规划出速度曲线的基础上,加入对加速度、起止速度参数的修正以满足轨迹段参数要求。采用线性加减速曲线驱动五轴切割机本体进行切割实验,经检验切割质量满足焊割要求,证明该算法切实有效。

    Abstract:

    In order to upgrade precision and improve machining efficiency, one speed lookahead algorithm was present for highspeed machining.In this algorithm, nonzero initial velocity and end velocity were allowed. Besides, the appropriate velocity profile which could satisfy the special speed limits and the direction limits was given.Based on the velocity profile that planned, the acceleration, the starting velocity and the end velocity were modified to guarantee the parameters of the specific trajectory block.The linear acceleration and deceleration curve method was used for driving the five axis cutting machine, also the cutting experiments was carried out.The cutting results testify the cutting quality meets the requirements of national standards, it proves that the algorithm is effective.
