The simulation model of the 441.3 kW (600 HP) hydraulic power station cooling system was established by using the AMESim software.According to the hydraulic power station cooling principle,the simulation model in which gasliquid heat exchanger,double fan,heat load components were taken as the main analysis objects was established by using AMESim software.The control elements and temperature sensors in the software were used to achieve intelligent control to the fan.The parameter setting and calculation method of the radiator and fan were introduced.The temperature variation curves of hydraulic oil at different temperatures were obtained by the simulation calculation at 35 ℃ and 45 ℃.Finally,comparing the simulation results with the field test data,the rationality of the simulation model and parameters setting was verified.It is shown that the model can be used to accurately evaluate the heat dissipation capability of series hydraulic power station cooling system.It provides a reference for the optimization design of cooling system.
