Abstract:In order to meet practice requirements, the heavy shaft should be straightened after forging. Based on existing mechanical straightening and testing methods, a hydraulic system for straightening equipment was designed.The structure and working principle of the straightening equipment were introduced. The numerical control system and control scheme of the straightening machine were raised. Then the hydraulic control scheme of straightening, probe, and oxide cleaning was put forward. In order to demonstrate the stability of the probe hydraulic system, the mathematics analysis and AMESim simulation of the system were carried out.Finally, the servo system that improved the stability of the straightener was discussed. The designed straightening machine with the oxide cleaning mechanism has high accuracy of straightening and testing;the production efficiency is improved because probe and straightening are at the same station with the feedback system.It provides a practical and efficient method for heavy shaft straightening.
