    摘要:

    针对现有内燃机轨道车整车效率较低、低速特性差、在地铁或铁路长隧道内使用时排污严重等问题,提出了一种新型的静液压电力轨道车。轨道车以蓄电池代替内燃机作为动力源,以静液压传动系统替换原有的机械或液力传动系统,无废气排放,能实现无级调速,具有较高的低速运行效率和较好的变速特性。对电力轨道车的静液压驱动系统主参数进行计算,并基于AMESim与Simulink软件对轨道车静液压驱动系统进行联合仿真试验,结果表明,该驱动系统具有良好的启动加速性能。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems existing in internal combustion engine (ICE) rail vehicle with low efficiency, low speed characteristics and serious displacement pollution in the use of subway or long tunnel, a new type of hydrostatic electric rail vehicle is put forward. The rail vehicle takes the battery instead of the ICE as the power source, static hydraulic transmission system to replace the original mechanical or hydraulic drive system. The new rail vehicle without waste gas emissions, can achieve continuous speed regulation, with high speed and high efficiency and good speed characteristics. The main parameters of the hydrostatic drive system of the electric rail vehicle were calculated, and based on the AMESim and Simulink software, the cosimulation of the hydrostatic drive system of the rail vehicle was carried out. The results show that the drive system has good starting and accelerating characteristics.
