Abstract:In the light of the machining difficulties for the core components accumulator housing of the oil and gas suspension system,a new type of lever swing fixture was designed,a solution of inner ball machining based on lever swing fixture was put forward.The lever swing fixture constituted by the thread pair telescopic mechanism and the knife body rotary mechanism was completed through the establishment of the two dimensional plane principle model of two force rod.The circular motion of cutting tool was realized by the lever swing fixture with the aid of the thread pair telescopic mechanism and the knife body rotary mechanism.The structure parameter and cutting parameter coordination of the lever swing fixture could realize the non intervention of the working process.The stress and deformation analysis of the fixture was implemented by using CATIA software.It is proved that the lever swing fixture is reasonable for improving the clamping process of the oil and gas suspension system.The experimental results show that the design method of lever swing fixture is feasible,which can enhance the flexibility of the production of oil and gas suspension system,improve the machining accuracy of accumulator and meet the performance requirements of production process.The lever swing fixture has important practical application value.
