    摘要:

    针对油气悬挂系统核心元件蓄压器壳体加工困难的现状,设计一种新型的杠杆摆动工装,提出一种基于杠杆摆动工装的加工内球解决方案。该工装利用二力杆二维平面系统原理模型,由螺纹副伸缩机构和刀体回转机构组成。杠杆摆动工装借助螺纹副伸缩机构和刀体回转机构实现刀具的圆周运动,通过协调杠杆摆动工装的结构参数和切削参数实现工装组件在各工作过程的不干涉。利用CATIA软件进行数字化建模和受力仿真实验,验证了杠杆摆动工装对于提高油气悬挂系统装夹加工技术的合理性。实验表明:杠杆摆动设计方案可行,能够增强油气悬挂系统生产的柔性度,提高蓄压器的加工精度,满足生产工艺的性能要求,具有重要的实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In the light of the machining difficulties for the core components accumulator housing of the oil and gas suspension system,a new type of lever swing fixture was designed,a solution of inner ball machining based on lever swing fixture was put forward.The lever swing fixture constituted by the thread pair telescopic mechanism and the knife body rotary mechanism was completed through the establishment of the two dimensional plane principle model of two force rod.The circular motion of cutting tool was realized by the lever swing fixture with the aid of the thread pair telescopic mechanism and the knife body rotary mechanism.The structure parameter and cutting parameter coordination of the lever swing fixture could realize the non intervention of the working process.The stress and deformation analysis of the fixture was implemented by using CATIA software.It is proved that the lever swing fixture is reasonable for improving the clamping process of the oil and gas suspension system.The experimental results show that the design method of lever swing fixture is feasible,which can enhance the flexibility of the production of oil and gas suspension system,improve the machining accuracy of accumulator and meet the performance requirements of production process.The lever swing fixture has important practical application value.
