    摘要:

    针对涡流过滤器内复杂的流场,选用MIXTURE模型和RSM湍流模型,对涡流过滤器内的油液和颗粒两相流动进行了数值模拟研究,得到了油液的切向速度,轴向速度和压力的分布规律,并基于油液分析的方法对涡流过滤器的分离性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:分离效率与流量呈非线性正相关关系,流量较大时,分离效率增长速度会变慢;压力降随着流量的增大而增加;温度的增长会导致分离效率的增加,但温度对压力降的影响不大。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the complex flow field in the eddy current filter, the MIXTURE model and the RSM turbulence model are used to simulate and study the oil and granular twophase flow in the eddy current filter. The distribution law of the tangential velocity, axial velocity and pressure in the eddy current filter of oil was obtained. And the separation performance of the eddy current filter was studied based on the oil analysis method. The experimental results show that the separation efficiency and the flow are nonlinear positive correlation. When the flow rate is large, the rate of increase in separation efficiency will slow down. The pressure drop increases with the increase of the flow. The increase in temperature leads to an increase in separation efficiency, but the effect of temperature on pressure drop is not significant.
