Aiming at the complex flow field in the eddy current filter, the MIXTURE model and the RSM turbulence model are used to simulate and study the oil and granular twophase flow in the eddy current filter. The distribution law of the tangential velocity, axial velocity and pressure in the eddy current filter of oil was obtained. And the separation performance of the eddy current filter was studied based on the oil analysis method. The experimental results show that the separation efficiency and the flow are nonlinear positive correlation. When the flow rate is large, the rate of increase in separation efficiency will slow down. The pressure drop increases with the increase of the flow. The increase in temperature leads to an increase in separation efficiency, but the effect of temperature on pressure drop is not significant.
