    摘要:

    以伺服阀滑阀副为研究对象,分析了温度变化对伺服阀滑阀副工作时所产生的摩擦力的影响。伺服阀滑阀副工作时产生的摩擦力主要由阀芯和阀套直接接触产生的摩擦力和阀芯与液压油液产生的摩擦力组成。通过分别分析其与温度的关系,推导出伺服阀滑阀副工作时产生的摩擦力与温度之间的理论计算公式。分析表明: 在-50~50 ℃ 的范围内伺服阀滑阀副的阀芯与液压油液的摩擦力随温度升高下降较快,阀芯与阀套直接接触的摩擦力随温度升高逐渐下降。在50~100 ℃范围内阀芯与液压油液的摩擦力数值较小并随温度升高下降缓慢,其值远小于阀芯与阀套直接接触的摩擦力。在工作温度-50~150 ℃范围内,伺服阀滑阀副摩擦力随温度升高而逐渐降低。

    Abstract:

    The effect of the temperature change on the friction of the spool valve pair is emphatically analyzed with the spool valve pair as a study object. The friction force generated by the spool valve pair was mainly composed of the friction force caused by the direct contact between the spool and valve sleeve and the friction force generated by the spool and the hydraulic oil. These two forces’ relationship with the temperature were analyzed respectively to deduce the theoretical calculation formula between the friction force generated by spool valve pair and the temperature. The analysis shows that the friction between the spool valve pair and the hydraulic oil decreases rapidly with the increase of temperature in the range of -50~50 ℃, and the friction force between the spool and the valve sleeve gradually declines with the temperature going up. In addition, the friction of the spool and hydraulic oil decreases slowly as temperature goes up in the range of 50~100 ℃, and its value is far less than the friction between the spool and the valve sleeve. Besides, the friction of spool valve pair declines with the temperature going up in the range of -50~150 ℃.
