Abstract:In order to improve the energy transfer capability of noncontact power supply, the mutual inductance model of noncontact coupler energy transfer is established. Based on the model, the matching network of the primary and secondary was studied. For the specific inductive coupler, several different matching network of the primary and secondary of design schemes were given to provid the specific design method of matching parameter. Through the experiment, respectively from the properties of electrical and mechanical to assess the effect of rotating ultrasonic contactless power supply transmission, the power transmission capacity and amplitude were accessed. The secondary parallel compensation capacitor could effectively improve the energy transmission capacity and the transducer vibration effect. On this basis, series adjustable inductance in the primary side is used to achieve better tuning effect, and improve efficiency of the noncontact energy transmission system.
