    摘要:

    针对某公司制造导叶的结构以及尺寸要求,结合其现有加工设备,提出导叶流道三轴加工工艺方案。结合PowerMill编程软件,介绍该导叶流道加工过程的工艺流程以及具体实施过程,同时解决了加工过程装夹定位问题。以该公司现有工艺装备完成了导叶流道全表面加工,有效保证了导叶流道尺寸以及粗糙度要求。

    Abstract:

    In view of the structure and the size requirement of the guide vane and the existing processing equipment of the company,threeaxis machining process scheme of the guide vane flow passage was put forward.The technical process and its implementing of the guide vane flow passage by the PowerMill programming software were introduced,and the positioning problem during the manufacturing process was solved.The whole surface processing of the guide vane had been completed by making full use of the company’s existing equipment,and the dimension and the roughness requirement of the guide vane were effectively guaranteed.
