Rolling force is a key factor affecting the quality of the strip.By analyzing rolling force model of the skin pass mill,its technological features and practical situation were considered,and the suitable rolling force model of the skin pass mill was deduced.Based on minimum objective function and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the rolling force model prediction accuracy was improved by adjusting the model parameters.The results show that the determined strip rolling force model has high prediction accuracy,and vital significance in guiding the actual production.
