    摘要:

    轨道交通车辆液压制动系统普遍采用脉宽调制(PWM)方式对系统中的电比例阀进行控制,进而控制车辆制动力。但在某些特殊工况下,电比例阀会产生噪声并伴有阀体异常振动的现象。经测试,某电比例阀输入电流振幅非常大,输入电流的异常波动会引起阀芯振幅偏大,从而导致电比例阀产生噪声。由理论分析和AMESim仿真得出,通过增加电比例阀输入电压信号的PWM频率或增加输入回路的电感值,可有效降低电比例阀输入电流振幅和阀芯振幅。最终通过试验有效消除了电比例阀异常噪声的现象。

    Abstract:

    In the hydraulic braking system of railway transportation industry,to control the braking force,the Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) is usually used to adjust the pressure of the electro proportion valve.In some special condition,there are noise and vibration from the electro proportion valve.The current of the electro proportion valve has a high amplitude displayed in the oscilloscope,and the displacement of the core has a high amplitude too,which lead to the noise of the electro proportion valve.By increasing the frequency of the PWM signal or improving the inductance of the electric circle,the amplitude of the current and the displacement of the core could be reduced effectively.Finally,the abnormal noise of the electro proportion valve was eliminated effectively by experiment.
