    基于可修系统幂律过程模型理论,提出耗损阶段数控机床不完全维修的非等周期预防维修方法,建立综合考虑预防维修使役龄减小和故障强度随预防维修次数增加的复合故障强度函数模型,以平均维修费用最小为目标函数,给出不完全预防维修周期和最佳预防维修次数,并结合工程实例讨论维修费用参数对平均维修费用的影响。结果显示:在幂律过程模型中,对于具有较大形状参数的机床,应加大其预防维修次数,但对于预防维修效果不太明显及恶化加剧的机床,应及早做置换处理;另外,愈贵重数控机床愈应重视其预防维修保养工作。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theory of the power law process model for repairable systems, an aperiodic imperfect preventive maintenance method for numerical control (NC) machine tools in wear-out stage was proposed. A hybrid model of failure intensity function, in which the factors that a preventive maintenance reduced the effective age of machine tools and failure intensity increased as the number of preventive maintenance increased were considered, was presented. Taking mean cost as a minimal objective function, the maintenance intervals and the number of optimum maintenance were given.Finally, a discussion for a real numerical example was presented to show how the optimal results depended on the different cost parameters. The results show that for the machine tools with a large shape parameter of power law process model, they should be repaired with a lager number of preventive maintenance, but for those that have no obvious preventive maintenance effect or have a serious deterioration, they all should be replaced as soon as possible; in addition, the more expensive the machine tools are, the more preventive maintenance should be paid attention to.
