A robotassisted machining unit control system was introduced.The whole unit layout and robot process control, pneumatic control principle, PLC control principle and software module design method were elaborated .S7200 was selected as the system controller,CPU226 was taken as the host unit and GP4401WW was taken as touch screen display. Through system debugging,the robot automation loading and unloading on the CNC machine tool is achieved,reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
