In order to improve the production efficiency of the plate scraping and chamfering, painting section，to reduce manual operation, a set of equipment was developed. Through the use of motor and pneumatic transmission device, its entire system was controlled with Programmable Logical Controller (PLC). Automatic scraping and chamfering, automatic painting, drying and vertical angle automatic chamfering for four working positions are realized.
