    摘要:

    研究了大型空腔定子叶片逆向造型的若干关键技术:数字化测量方法、数据处理和三维模型重构。定子叶片的型面非常复杂,具有空间大曲率翼型结构,其造型设计对于对流体的流动特性影响很大。并且叶片具有空腔结构,常规的数字化测量方法很难简便地测得完整的点云数据。针对该空腔叶片的特殊结构,设计了一种合理的测量方案和数据精简方案,并进行了模型重构,最终得到了叶片的三维模型。大型空腔叶片的逆向三维造型研究可以缩短定子叶片的改进和创新设计周期,为叶片的铸模设计及后续加工提供依据。

    Abstract:

    Reverse modeling of large cavity blade was studied in this paper, including digital measurement, data processing and 3D model reconstruction. The stator blade surface is very complex, which has a large space curvature aerofoil structure. Its shape design has a great influence on the flow characteristics of the fluid. The blade has a cavity structure. It is difficult to measure the complete point cloud data by the conventional digital measurement method. According to the special structure of the vane, a reasonable measurement scheme and data reduction scheme are designed. The model is reconstructed and the innovation and improvement design cycle of the large stator blade can be shortened by the reverse modeling. Thus provides the basis for blade mould design and subsequent processing.
