In order to meet the special requirements of stretching the nonferrous material in industrial CT environment, a micro material tensile testing machine is designed, which firstly applies non-metallic material polycarbonate plastic as the rack. The servo motor is used as the loading power. In practice, the nonlinearity of servo motor and transmission mechanism will affect the loading precision, and the motor should be cont-rolled in real time, so the fuzzy PID is adopted. The validity of the micro material tensile testing machine is proved by the simulation and experiment.
