To separate and reorganize the locating error and clamping error, one method was built by using RBF (radial basis function neural network) in this paper. Firstly, the error data of workpiece—fixture system was checked to remove the effect of locating error. And then two neural nets were built to fit the function relation of force-displacement and displacement-force, which can be used to separate the locating error and clamping error and compute the workpiece displacement of all DOF (degree of freedom).Finally, one group of experiment data was introduced to verified the algorithm, the predict errors of clamping force and workpiece displacement are limited in 10% and 13%.
