Abstract:Magnetic pulse welding can effectively overcome the defects of aluminum alloy material forming with poor formability and welding difficulty, and can accurately and efficiently control the forming process. With aluminum tube and steel tube as the research object, based on the transient electromagnetic field analysis model, the magnetic field parameters were comprehensively analyzed. The electromagnetic force is loaded to the deformation field through the sequential coupling method. At the same time, combined with the energy curve, the parameters of the process were analyzed. Through the numerical simulation of the magnetic pulse welding, this paper provides some references for the further study of the technology of the magnetic pulse welding.
