      为实现制冷用大容量四通阀轻量化设计,结合四通阀的结构特点及操作工况,建立其极限耐压工况的有限元分析模型,通过耐压爆破强度实验验证了有限元模型及强度分析的正确性。在此基础上采用基于尺寸优化的理论进行四通阀轻量化设计,对优化后的模型再次进行耐压强度仿真分析及实验验证直至满足四通阀耐压强度实验规范。结果表明:轻量化设计后的四通阀结构强度符合规范要求,且应力分布均匀。阀体质量降低了14.07%,达到减轻质量节约成本、方便空调机组现场安装、改善空调机空间布局等目的。

      In order to realize the lightweight design of large capacity four way valve, combined with its structure characteristics and operation conditions, the finite element analysis model under ultimate pressure resistant working condition was established.Through the pressure blasting strength experiment, the correctness of the finite element model and strength analysis was verified.On this basis, the lightweight design of the four way valve was carried out based on the theory of dimension optimization, and simulation analysis of compressive strength and experimental verification of the optimized model were carried out until meeting experimental specification for compressive strength of four way valve.The results show that the strength of the lightweight designed four way valve structure meets the specification requirements, and the stress distribution is uniform.The valve body quality is reduced by 14.07%,running up to reduce quality and save cost,and provide convenience for the on site installation of air conditioning units,and improve the space layout of air conditioners.
