      垃圾转运站是垃圾焚烧发电厂的重要配套项目,而大型垃圾压缩系统是垃圾转运站的核心。某垃圾转运站采用LYZ70型上投料式压缩系统,主要由双换位门垃圾压缩机、推料机、料槽、箱体移位装置、液压动力装置、电控系统等几部分组成。系统通过PLC进行全自动集中控制,实现了远程监控,统一调度,保证了资源集约化经营和管理。

      Refuse transfer station is an important supporting project of waste incineration power plant.The large garbage compression system is the core of the refuse transfer station.LYZ70 type feeding compression system was used in a garbage transfer station which consisted of a double transposition door garbage compressor, a pushing machine, a material groove, a box body shift device, a hydraulic power device and an electric control system.Through the PLC, full automatic centralized control to the system was realized,remote monitoring and unified scheduling were achieved, to ensure resource intensive operation and management.
