Onsite highend machining center was tracked to capture and record the use of fault data in the process abroad. In order to scientifically and comprehensively consider the uncertainty of the failure of the machining center, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the damage degree of the spindle system. And the fault data of the spindle system was analyzed by Matlab software. The first time interval was obeyed by the two parameter weibull distribution. The reliability evaluation of the spindle system was carried out according to the reliability index.
