    摘要:

    针对叉车全液压转向系统转向回正过程中方向盘零位与车轮零位不对应的问题,开发一种电控同步全液压转向系统,以STC15F2K60S2单片机为内核,在控制器中根据转角传感器采集到的转角数据作转角偏差计算并设计相应的补偿算法控制电磁阀进行油液的补偿,逐渐消除转角偏差,确保转向系统回正时方向盘的零位与车轮的零位对应,驾驶员操作方便、安全。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that zero position of the steering wheel did not correspond to that of the ground wheel in the turning back process of the full hydraulic steering system,an electronic control synchronous full hydraulic steering system was developed.The STC15F2K60S2 MCU was used as the core.In the controller, corner deviation calculation was conducted according to the corner data collected by the sensor, and the corresponding compensation algorithm was designed to achieve oil compensation by controlling solenoid valve so as to eliminate the corner deviation.Eventually, zero position of the steering wheel does correspond to that of the ground wheel in the turning back process of the full hydraulic steering system, and the operation of driver will be more convenient and secure.
