    摘要:

    针对双驱同步进给系统高精度、高稳定性的需求,建立双驱伺服进给系统闭环模型,在主从和交叉耦合两种同步控制策略下分别进行双驱进给系统的仿真和对比分析。同时搭建双闭环反馈的同步控制测试平台,进行同步超差监控系统的设计,采用混合式回零解决双驱动高精度同步回零问题。在测试平台上完成双驱同步实验,测量工作台在不同进给速度下的两轴不同步误差。测试结果表明:双驱在换向时同步误差最大;随着进给速度的增加,主从控制下的双驱同步误差变化较为明显,交叉耦合控制下同步误差基本保持不变;交叉耦合控制下的双驱同步误差较小,同步性能好;混合式回零可以减小两轴之间不同步误差,提高同步精度。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the requirement of high precision and high stability, the closedloop model of the dualdrive servo feed system was established based on the dualdrive synchronous feeding system.The simulation and comparative analysis of the dualdrive feed system were carried out under the two kinds of synchronous control strategies of masterslave and crosscoupling.At the same time, the synchronous control test platform of double closedloop feedback was designed, and the design of synchronous deviation monitoring system was carried out.Dual driving high precision synchronization homing problem was solved via mixed homing way.The doublemotor synchronous driving test was carried out on the test platform, measuring the twoaxis asynchronous error of the worktable at different feed rates.The results show that the synchronization error of the double motor is the largest in the commutation direction.With the increasing of the feed speed, the synchronization error of the doublemotor under the masterslave control is variable and the synchronization error is basically the same under the crosscoupling control.Crosscoupling control of the doublemotor synchronization error is small and with good synchronization performance; mixed homing way can reduce the synchronization error between the two axes, improving synchronous precision.
