    摘要:

    逆向平衡式减压阀压力稳定性直接影响液化天然气汽车燃料供应特性,因此有必要对减压阀的压力稳定性进行研究。阀内弹性元件性能对减压阀的稳定性起着重要作用,为了使试验结果显而易见,仅对阀内回位弹簧进行不同的工艺处理,如强压处理,强压及热处理,强压、热及低温处理。采用每种工艺处理后,进行一定数量的减压阀模拟试验,检验阀门出口压力在低温介质反复冲击下的稳定性。经验证,第3种处理工艺能显著提高减压阀出口压力稳定性,对类似阀门的研制与生产具有一定的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    The pressure stability of the reverse balanced pressure reducing valve directly affects the fuel supply characteristics of the liquefied natural gas vehicle.Therefore, it is necessary to study the pressure stability of the pressure reducing valve.In order to make the test results obvious,only the valve return spring was processed by using different technics, such as pressure treatment, pressure and heat treatment, pressure and heat and low temperature treatment.After each process, the simulation test of a certain number of pressure reducing valve was carried out, and the stability of the valve outlet pressure under the repeated impact in the low temperature medium was tested.It is verified that the third treatment processes can significantly improve the stability of the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve, which has a certain reference value for the development and production of similar valves.
