      以HP-8B航空润滑油为实验油样,对它进行热氧化安定性实验,测定氧化油样品中的不溶物含量,并对氧化油样品进行傅里叶变换红外光谱分析。选择红外光谱1 800~1 670/cm的峰面积表征红外氧化值,对实验油样的不溶物含量与相应的红外氧化值进行相关性分析,给出回归方程并进行偏差分析。结果表明:利用红外光谱法测定润滑油中的氧化不溶物含量是可行的,测定结果是可靠的。
英文摘要:
      Aviation lubricating oil HP-8B was taken as the experimental oil sample for lubricating oil thermal oxidation stability experiment.Then the oil samples were characterized by insoluble content and FT-IR spectra analysis.The absorption peak area of the infrared spectrum scope of 1 800~1 670 /cm was selected as the IR oxidation number for indicating thermal oxidation degree of lubrication oil.First,the correlation of the insoluble content and the corresponding IR oxidation number was analyzed.Then,the regressive equation was gotten and the deviation was analyzed.The results show that determining thermal oxidation insoluble content of lubricating oil by IR technique is feasible and reliable.
