    摘要:

    通过对现有塑料铆接方法的分析,提出基于LabVIEW开发平台、以工控机为控制核心的塑料自动铆接方法。所设计的塑料自动铆接装置采用高精度数据采集卡采集传感器的信号,采用虚拟仪器技术LabVIEW开发数据采集和控制软件,从而控制相关设备,实现对塑料制品的自动铆接。该装置可根据不同产品的要求设置参数,改进传统的手动、半自动铆接方法,实现自动铆接控制,提高了产品的加工效率,保证了产品的质量。

    Abstract:

    A method of plastic automatic riveting was put forward which was based on LabVIEW development platform and industrial control computer as the control core,through the analysis of the existing plastic riveting methods.In the designed plastic automatic riveting device,high precision data acquisition card was used to acquire sensor signal,the virtual instrument technology LabVIEW was used to develop data acquisition and control software,so as to control the related equipment to realize the automatic riveting of plastic products.The device can be used to set parameters according to the requirement of different products,the traditional manual and semiautomatic riveting methods are improved into automatic riveting control.So the processing efficiency of products is improved and the quality of the product is ensured.
