    摘要:

    介绍激光测距技术在某型直升机桨毂限动器角度在线测量中的应用,阐述了限动器角度在线测量原理、设备结构、测量方法等内容。限动器角度在线测量设备采用激光测距技术和伺服系统控制技术,实现了测试过程的智能化。基于KingView应用软件平台,通过高精度激光测距传感器精确测量限动器打开或闭合的距离值,输入至计算机进行计算,获得限动器打开、闭合过程的角度值,以判定限动器在规定转速下打开、闭合是否符合工艺要求。角度值通过高精度角度检测工装进行校验,以确保测量数据准确、可靠。该设备已在多型直升机限动器测试中应用,显著提高了测试效率和测量精度。

    Abstract:

    The application of the laser ranging technology in a certain type of helicopter hub limit actuator angle online dynamic measurement was introduced.The limited actuator angle online testing principle, equipment structure, test methods etc were expounded. Laser ranging technology and servo control technology were used in the hub limit actuator angle online dynamic measurement device,the intellectualized test process was realized . Based on KingView software development platform,the distance that the limit unit opened or closed was measured precisely by high precision laser displacement sensor,then it was input into the computer to calculate,the angle of the limit unit in on/off process was gotten,to determine whether the limit actuator met technical requirements under prescribed speed opened and closed. The angle value was calibrated through high precision angle test equipment , in order to ensure measured data accurate and reliable.The equipment has been applied in many types of the helicopter hub limit actuator test. The test efficiency and accuracy are improved.
