    研究MS-WEDM多次切割中第二次切割参数对表面质量和切割速度的影响规律,寻求最优参数组合,有利于提高多次切割的加工质量。采用单因素试验研究第二次切割参数的脉宽、脉间、功放、丝速等参数对表面粗糙度和切割速度的影响规律,选取4水平4因素进行正交试验,用综合评分法将表面粗糙度和切割速度的多目标优化问题转化为加权综合评分的单目标问题。结果表明:更优的加工参数方案为脉冲宽度6 μs、脉冲间隔5 μs、功放1个、丝速6 m/s,并通过试验验证,其表面粗糙度为1.54 μm,切割速度为149.43 mm2/min,加权综合评分为0.26。

    Abstract:

    The influence of the second time cutting parameters of MS-WEDM multiple cutting on surface quality and cutting speed was studied to find the optimal combination of parameters,which was conducive to improve the quality of multiple cutting. A single factor experiment was used to study the influences of the second cutting parameters on the surface roughness and cutting speed, such as pulse width, interpulse, power amplifier, and wire speed.Four levels and four factors were selected for orthogonal test. Multiobjective optimization problem of the surface roughness and the cutting speed was transformed into single objective problem of the weighted comprehensive score by comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the optimal machining parameters are 6 μs pulse width, 5 μs interpulse, 1 power amplifier, 6 m/s wire speed, and through the test verification, the surface roughness is 1.54 μm, cutting speed is 149.43 mm2/min, the weighted comprehensive score is 0.26.
