    摘要:

    针对某型号汽车发动机飞轮壳产品立车加工圆度超差问题,建立飞轮壳有限元模型,利用Altair Simlab与ANSYS Workbench等软件对工件在旋转状态下进行有限元仿真分析计算,得到工件的变形分布状况。结果表明:工件旋转产生的离心力引起的工件变形不是造成圆度误差的主要原因,而工件夹具系统偏心造成主轴轴承磨损产生间隙引起主轴的跳动才是最根本问题。根据最后的分析结果,针对夹具设计提出相应的改进方案。该结果可以为减少飞轮壳的加工圆度误差提供参考,提高产品的加工质量。

    Abstract:

    For a type of automobile engine flywheel housing product,after processing two of its main round hole by the vertical lathe,as a result these two round holes turns out to be a roundness problem.Setting up a FEM model of the flywheel housing,the deformation data were acquired under the the centrifugal force as the workpiece rotate by using Altair Simlab and ANSYS Workbench to process a combined simulation.Analysis result indicates the centrifugal force produced by the workpiece is〖BF〗n’t〖BFQ〗 the main factor response for the roundness error,but for the runout of the spindle cause by the gap between inner ring and outer ring of spindle bearing,when workpiecefixture system centrifugal situation is existed.Based on the final result of the analysis,improvement scheme was made for the fixture.It provides reference for the reduction of the roundness error and improvement of product quality.
