Abstract:In order to realize the reuse of solar cell chip fragments,aiming at the low cutting efficiency of the existing laser scribing machine for solar cell fragments and the inability to process them in large quantities,a fully automatic solar chip laser scribing machine was designed.In this design,the cutting path of the debris was obtained by the visual inspection system,controlled by the industrial computer,motion control card and PLC.The automatic loading and unloading of the chips,the movement of the cutting table,and the laser cutting work were realized.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental research,it shows that the cutting precision and efficiency of the device can meet the design requirements,and can be applied in the modern production of the solar cell chip reuse,which has the significance of reducing energy consumption and environmental protection.
