    摘要:

    为实现对太阳能电池片残片的再次利用,针对现有激光划片机对太阳能电池片残片切割效率低、无法大批量加工等问题,设计了一种全自动太阳能残片激光划片机。该设计通过视觉检测系统获取残片的切割路径,由工控机、运动控制卡和 PLC 控制,实现残片的自动上下料、切割工作台移动以及激光切割功能。通过理论分析和实验研究,证明该设备的残片切割精度和效率能够满足设计要求,可实际应用在太阳能电池片残片再次利用的现代化生产中,具有降低能耗、环境保护的意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the reuse of solar cell chip fragments,aiming at the low cutting efficiency of the existing laser scribing machine for solar cell fragments and the inability to process them in large quantities,a fully automatic solar chip laser scribing machine was designed.In this design,the cutting path of the debris was obtained by the visual inspection system,controlled by the industrial computer,motion control card and PLC.The automatic loading and unloading of the chips,the movement of the cutting table,and the laser cutting work were realized.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental research,it shows that the cutting precision and efficiency of the device can meet the design requirements,and can be applied in the modern production of the solar cell chip reuse,which has the significance of reducing energy consumption and environmental protection.
