    摘要:

    车载LNG罐在运输中应用广泛,但却面临着无法准确高效地监控LNG罐储液液位的问题,这成为国内外学者亟需解决的难题。针对此难点提出了一种基于车载随机激励的LNG罐储液状态分析方法,并且搭建了一整套试验平台。以LNG罐和支撑弹簧系统为研究对象,建立3自由度车载LNG罐振动模型,研究因罐体储液质量变化而导致振动固有频率变化的规律,并通过试验数据验证了该理论分析的正确性,进而推算出罐体内储液质量。该方法计算精确,具有良好的推广应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Vehicle Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) tanks are widely used in transportation, but people are facing the problem of unable to monitor the liquid storage level of LNG tanks accurately and efficiently, and this has become a difficult problem for scholars at home and abroad to solve. An analysis method of LNG tank liquid storage based on vehicle random excitation was proposed, and a whole set of test platform was set up. Taking the LNG tank and a supporting spring system as the research object in the experiment, a 3 degree of freedom (3-DoF) vehicle vibration model of LNG tank was established, to research the regulation between the changing of liquid weight and the changing of inherent vibration frequency, and the correctness of theoretical analysis was verified by experimental data, then to calculate the weight of the liquid storage tank. The method is accurate in calculation and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
