    摘要:

    为了提高贴标机的自动化水平,使其具备自动纠偏自动贴标和自动解析标签功能。设计一种具有视觉定位功能的自动贴标签设备。将其主要机构设计成8工位转盘式结构,将每个工位的功能进行明确划分。所设计的控制系统将PLC、触摸屏、工控机、智能相机和客户端数据库通过Ethernet网络连接在一起。PLC通过计算视觉系统测量的偏差值驱动伺服系统对标签位置进行纠偏,并完成自动贴标。实际应用表明:该贴标机能将产品单位时间内的贴标数由手工贴标时的300 片/h提高到450 片/h以上,并把解析的标签信息传送给客户数据库,保障客户进行产品质量追溯。该贴标机满足了控制要求,提高了自动化程度,节省了人力成本,具有较高的经济效益。

    Abstract:

    For improving the automation degree of the labeling machine, it can automatic correction, automatic labeling and automatically parse tags in function. A automatic labeling machine with visual positioning function was designed. The main actuators was designed in rotating disc structure with eight work station, and defined the task of each workstation clearly. Programmable Logical Controller (PLC),touch screen, Industrial Personal Computer (IPC),intelligent camera and customer database component of the designed electrical control system, they were connected together through the Ethernet network. By calculating the deviation value with vision system, the servo system was driven by PLC to rectify position of lable, and to complete labeling automatically. The practical application show: the number of labels per unit time increased from 300 pieces/hour to 450 pieces/hour or more. Labeling and marking of parsing information of product were done, in terms of safeguarding product quality tracking. Information of the label could be read and uploaded all data to the client database. This equipment meets the requirement of enterprise in control, improves the production efficiency and saves cost of manual labor. Economic benefits are very high.
