Abstract:The fuel system of civil aircraft must be verified in the laboratory.However,the test bench of the fuel system for civil aircraft has complicated configuration and heavy weight,also requires high control accuracy and fast response.Therefore,a hydraulic system is the best choice of the power source.A hydraulic system for a certain civil aircraft fuel test bench was designed,which were introduced from the composition,servo controller,selfcirculation cleaning and control system in detail.Moreover,the calculation of tube diameter,heatexchange area and mass of cooling water were also introduced.These can guide the selection of primary structure.
