    摘要:

    以某一推土机为例对多路阀限流现状及问题进行分析,针对其问题研究一种双向限流阀,此阀内部两个溢流节流阀采用并联连接方式,进口和旁路口交叉使用保证双向所需优先口流量。根据其原理及结构,搭建仿真模型,通过改变阀体节流口大小,可得到不同的节流效果,提高了限流阀灵活性和互换性,同时增加了多路阀的通用性。

    Abstract:

    Taking a bulldozer as an example,the current limit problems of the multiway valve were analyzed.A twoway currentlimiting valve was designed for the problem.The two internal overflow throttle valves were connected in parallel,the inlet and bypass ports were crossed to ensure the desired priority flow in both directions.According to its principle and structure,a simulation model was set up.By changing the size of the orifice of the valve body,different throttling effect could be obtained.The flexibility and interchangeability of the limit valve can be improved,and the versatility of the multiway valve can be increased.
