Abstract:The finite element model of the vacuum destruction valve was established by using ANSYS software, and the modal analysis of the structure was carried out.The basic frequency of the vacuum damage valve was 551.81 Hz, which was far greater than 33 Hz,so the structure was regarded as a rigid structure, and the equivalent static method was adopted.According to the SSE earthquake loading, the seismic performance of the vacuum destruction valve was simulated and analyzed numerically.Then, the effects of gravity load and seismic load were combined with the SRSS method.Further more, the safety of dangerous section was evaluated by ASME standard of pressure vessel.The analysis results show that the dangerous section of the vacuum destruction valve takes place at the lower end of the valve body neck,and the membrane stress is 1.03 MPa,and the membrane stress plus bending stress is 2.09 MPa. The maximum displacement response which is 0.006 9 mm occurs at the top of the valve cap.The stress and deformation of the valve meet the seismic requirements.
