    摘要:

    为满足某企业对缸套零件清洗内外表面质量要求高、日清洗量大、尽量减少人工操作的要求,应用超声波清洗技术,结合机械、气动和PLC技术,研制了一种四槽五臂式龙门自动超声波清洗装置。该设备利用机械臂实现工装篮在多个清洗槽间自动传送并送入烘道,依次完成取料、超声粗洗、超声精洗、鼓泡漂洗、防锈处理工序,最后在烘道传送链下,完成密闭烘干并自动出料。其控制系统选用PLC和触摸屏相结合,并对PLC电气控制系统进行详细阐述。该设备投入使用后,运行可靠,清洗清洁度高且一致好,生产效率高,除人工上下料外,实现了自动化,大大减轻了劳动强度,满足批量化生产要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the high cleaning quality of inside and outside surface of the cylinder liner parts,the large amount of cleaning and to reduce the requirements to manual operation,the four groove and five arm type ultrasonic cleaning device was developed by using ultrasonic cleaning technology combined with mechanical,pneumatic and PLC technology.The mechanical arm was used to implement the automatic transmission of tooling basket in multiple cleaning trough and to bake.The whole process included reclaiming,ultrasonic coarse washing,ultrasonic fine cleaning,bubbling rinse,antirust process,airtight dry and automatic discharging in conveyor chain.After the equipment is put into use,the operation is reliable with high washing cleanliness and high washing efficiency,and the equipment can satisfy the requirement of mass production.Automation is realized except the manual operation of loading and blanking,the labor intensity is greatly reduced and the requirement of mass production is satisfied.
