Abstract:Based on the principle of piezoelectric drive, a new high frequency feeding vibrator was studied. The feeding principle was analyzed. Feeding vibrator was manufactured. Experimental test on amplitude consistency of vibration feeding was completed. The results show that: under same test condition, driving voltage is 120 V, the single resonant frequencies of the four piezoelectric ceramic slices are 34761, 34759, 34760 and 34760 kHz, the voltages are 224, 226,224 and 224 V respectively. The amplitudes of the piezoelectric vibrators are well consistent. It provides reference for the design of the precise feeding device.
