Based on the built synthetic hydraulic pump testbed, the performance of the high pressure internal gear pump including swept volume, power, flow rate and efficiency was tested and analyzed. In particular, the work characteristic of the internal gear pump at high pressure was examined, and the pressure pulsation at high pressure was analyzed, which provides the practical evidence for the research of internal gear pump.
