    摘要:

    利用AMESim液压设计元件库构造了三通插装阀仿真模型,并建立了充液插装阀和排液插装阀的数学动态方程,主要研究充液插装阀的入口压力变化及排液插装阀的阀芯位移变化,给出各自变化曲线。结果表明:影响充液插装阀启闭特性的主要因素为弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力、阻尼系数,影响排液插装阀瞬态开度和稳态开度的主要因素为复位弹簧刚度及弹簧预紧力,影响排液插装阀关闭性能的主要因素为阻尼系数。

    Abstract:

    The system of three level cartridge valve was modeled by AMESim and the mathematical dynamic equations of liquidcharge cartridge valve and liquiddischarge cartridge valve were established. The inlet pressures of liquidcharge cartridge valve and spool displacement of liquiddischarge cartridge valve were researched mainly. The results show that the main factors which affect the liquidcharge cartridge valve are the spring stiffness, spring pretightening force and damping coefficient; the main factors which affect the transient and steady opening of liquiddischarge cartridge valve are the spring stiffness and spring pretightening force; the main factor which affects the closing characteristic of liquiddischarge cartridge valve is damping coefficient.
