    摘要:

    针对工程机械多路阀的动态响应特性,应用流体力学运动学及动力学理论,分析了油液温度变化对多路阀动态性能参数的影响规律,建立了阀芯运动的数学模型和动态响应的Simulink仿真模型。仿真结果表明:温度变化对多路阀的动态响应产生了一定的影响,动态响应的上升时间随温度的升高而降低,最大超调量、调整时间和振动幅值随温度升高而增大;阀芯左右两端的阻尼孔对油液的调压、减震作用随着温度的升高在不断减弱,研究结果为多路阀的设计与使用提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    For the characteristics of dynamic response multiway valves of construction machinery, by the application of hydrodynamic, hydromechanics and kinetics, the influence laws of hydraulic temperature changes on dynamic performance parameters of multiway valves were analyzed. The mathematical model and Simulink simulation model of the movement of valves element were established. The simulation results show that temperature changes have certain effects on multiway valves dynamic response; that is, side by side with the increasing temperature, the rise time of dynamic response will decrease, the maximum overshoot, adjustment time, and vibration amplitude will increase. The damping holes at the left and right ends of the spool, the pressure adjustment on the oil, shock absorption function with the temperature rise is weakening continuously. The conclusion of this work will provide a certain referance to the design and usage of multiway valves.
