    摘要:

    针对传统的线圈内置式磁流变减摆器线圈散热性差、线圈密封性不好等问题,设计了一种新型的线圈外置式磁流变减摆器。通过磁流变减摆器的磁路设计、结构设计,建立了磁路结构参数之间的约束关系方程组,为优化设计提供了理论依据;并且利用参数化建模和有限元优化分析方法,优化了外置式磁流变减摆器的磁路结构参数。优化和仿真结果验证了最终结构参数取值的合理性。并通过静态阻尼特性实验验证了分析结果的正确性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the poor heat dissipation of the coil and the poor sealing of the coil in the traditional coil built-in magnetorheological (MR) damper, a new type of coil external magnetorheological damper was designed. Through the magnetic rheological reduction design, device structure design of magnetic pendulum,constraint equations between the parameters of the magnetic circuit was established, which provides a theoretical basis for optimization design; and the use of parametric modeling and finite element optimization method (FEM), the optimization of structure parameters of external magnetic circuit of magnetorheological damper was carried out. The optimization and simulation results verify the rationality of the final structural parameters. The correctness of the analysis results is verified by the static damping test.
