    摘要:

    针对目前采油工程领域、航天航空工程领域以及核工程领域中,深孔零件的加工存在着加工方式比较单一、自动化程度低等问题,设计一种新型数控深孔钻床,能在一台数控深孔钻床上同时实现外排屑和内排屑,并且可根据工作条件来合理选择排屑系统。建立该机床的理论模型,介绍这种新型数控机床的工作原理,对机床的承重支柱进行有限元分析,并通过实际加工来验证其可行性,为深孔零件的加工提供了一种参考。

    Abstract:

    In the field of oil recovery engineering,aerospace engineering field and nuclear engineering field,there are some problems in the processing of deep hole parts,such as relatively single processing mode and low degree of automation.A new type of CNC deep hole drilling machine was designed,on which outside chip removal and internal chip removal could be achieved and reasonable chip removal system could be chosen according to the working conditions.The theoretical model of the new CNC machine tool was established,and the working principle of the machine tool was introduced.The finite element analysis for the loadbearing pillar of the machine tool was carried out,and the feasibility was verified by actual processing.It provides reference for deep hole processing.
