    摘要:

    为了掌握滑阀阀芯在不同节流边形式下的磨损情况,以电液比例控制阀的功率级滑阀为研究对象,根据计算流体力学和冲蚀磨损理论,利用有限元分析软件(FLUENT),对滑阀阀体的磨损情况进行了研究和分析。通过建立滑阀阀体的二维模型,在相同的初始仿真条件下,研究了具有不同几何形状的节流边的磨损情况,以及同一种几何形状的节流边在不同开口度下的磨损情况。最后根据各种情况下的磨损率分布曲线图,可以判断滑阀的工作状况,并得出具有最小磨损的节流边形式。

    Abstract:

    In order to grasp the spool valve wear in different forms of throttling edge, the power level spool valve of electrohydraulic proportional control valve was taken as the research object. Based on computational fluid dynamics and erosion wear theory,the wear of the spool valve body was studied and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software (FLUENT).By establishing a twodimensional model of the spool valve body, the wear of different geometric shape of throttling edge, and the wear of throttling edge with the same geometric shape in different openings were studied under the same initial simulation conditions. Finally, according to the wear curve of each case, the working condition of the spool valve can be judged, and the form of throttling edge with the minimum wear can be obtained.
