    摘要:

    在液压系统中,为实现对液压阀无电信号的延迟控制,提高延时装置在采煤矿井中作业时的防爆能力及其可靠性,提出一种纯液压延时器。它与液压阀组合使用可实现延时控制目的。对所提出液压延时器的组成、工作原理及延时器的延时实现方法进行了详细说明。此外,利用仿真软件AMESim对其建模和仿真研究,并经过改变阻尼孔的直径得到几组不同的延时数据。仿真结果表明:该液压延时器可以实现对液压换向阀延时控制目的,为进一步将延时器产品化及应用提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In hydraulic system,in order to realize the non electric signal delay control of the hydraulic valve and improve the explosion proof ability and reliability of the time delay device in coal mine operation,a kind of pure hydraulic retarder was put forward.It was combined with the hydraulic valve to realize the purpose of time delay control.The composition,working principle and time delay realization method of the hydraulic time delay device were explained in detail.In addition,AMESim simulation software was used to model and simulate,and by varying the diameter of the damping hole,several sets of delay data were obtained.The simulation results show that the hydraulic delay valve can realize the time delay control of the hydraulic directional control valve.It provides a theoretical basis for further production and application of time delay device.
