    摘要:

    设计内燃机冷却水泵性能测试系统,介绍系统的硬件组成、软件设计及测试内容。系统采用了工控机IPC、工业触摸屏HMI、PLC三位一体、高效协同的控制理念,对温度、流量、转速等性能参数实施了包括PD、模糊PID等经典算法控制,采用LabVIEW开发了测试软件。系统已经具备对内燃机冷却水泵性能、汽蚀、密封性、可靠性等的检测能力,并且可以自动进行各项性能曲线拟合、报表生成,实现了高度自动化检测。

    Abstract:

    The performance testing system of internal combustion engine cooling water pump was designed. The hardware composition, software design and testing contents of the performance testing system were introduced. For the system, the trinity of IPC, HMI and PLC, and highly effective and cooperative control concept were adopted; PD, fuzzy PID and other classical control algorithm were used to control the temperature, flow, speed and other physical quantities. The testing software was developed by using LabVIEW. The system has the functions of detecting the performance, cavitation, sealing and reliability of internal combustion engine cooling water pump, and can automatically carry out the performance curve fitting, report generation. The automatic detection is realized.
