    摘要:

    为了实现成捆圆钢中各圆钢端面图像边界的自动识别,提出了椭圆形光斑黏连图像过分割消除方法,并对该方法的原理、步骤和验证实验进行了研究。通过对圆钢端面椭圆形光斑黏连图像过分割产生原因的分析,给出了过分割图像的两种类型,即严重过分割图像和少量过分割图像。提出了等角六叉旋转算子,在图像分割前识别出圆钢端面椭圆形光斑黑白图像上的黑疤,并对这些黑疤区域进行填充,避免严重过分割图像的产生;通过对椭圆形光斑图像过分割区域边界进行“缝合”,实现了少量过分割图像的还原;实现了各圆钢端面黏连图像边界的分离。应用以上方法进行了成捆圆钢端面〖JP2〗图像中心坐标的提取实验,实验结果表明:成捆圆钢端面图像中心水平和竖直坐标的提取误差范围分别为-0.322 2~0.444 5 mm和-0.294 0~0.399 0 mm,完全满足企业在成捆圆钢自动贴标时对圆钢端面中心坐标定位误差允许值1 mm的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the automatic identification of the adhesion image boundary of each round steel end face in bales,the method for eliminating adhesion images’ oversegmentation of oval spots was proposed,and the principle,steps and verification experiment for the method were studied.After analyzing the causes of adhesion images’ oversegmentation,two types of oversegmented images were given,which are serious oversegmented images and a small amount of oversegmented images.Firstly,a equilateralhexagonal6crossed rotation operator was proposed to identify the black scar image on round steel end face oval spot blackwhite image before image segmentation,and the black scar area was filled to avoid serious segmentation.Then,the restoration of the small amount oversegmented image was realized by “stitch bond” the oval spots image area boundary.Finally,the image boundary separation of each round steel in round bales image was realized.The center coordinates extraction experiment of the each round steel end face in round bales was carried out by the above methods.The experimental results indicate that the extraction error range of center level and vertical coordinate of round steel end faces is -0.322 2~0.444 5 mm and -0.294 0~0.399 0 mm respectively,which meets the enterprises allowed center coordinates positioning error value 1 mm of the round steel end face fully in bales automatic marking.
