    摘要:

    针对喷雾机机械传动方式的底盘存在结构复杂、布局受限、影响地隙高度等弊端,设计一种喷雾机底盘液压传动系统。提出了喷雾机整机设计要求和技术参数,阐述了喷雾机整机设计方案。根据整机设计要求,对液压系统中液压泵和液压马达等主要元件进行选型计算,并设计液压传动系统原理图。为了检验液压传动系统的性能,对液压系统进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明:所设计的液压传动系统性能满足设计要求。通过喷雾机样机田间试验,表明喷雾机的底盘液压驱动系统性能良好。

    Abstract:

    A hydraulic transmission system of sprayer’s chassis was designed in view of the disadvantages of mechanical transmission system,such as complex structures,limited distribution and clearance etc.The design requirements and technical parameters of the whole sprayer were presented.The design scheme of the whole sprayer was described.According to the spraye〖BF〗r’s〖BFQ〗 function and requirements,the selection of hydraulic pump and motors were completed based on calculations.Then the hydraulic schematic was designed.In order to test the performance of hydraulic transmission system,the hydraulic system was simulated.The results show that the designed hydraulic transmission system meets the design requirements.The sprayer prototype’s testing in a farmland shows that the performance of hydraulic drive system of sprayer’s chassis is good.
