    摘要:

    设计两套防折弯系统的液压系统,满足防折弯系统的3种运行模式:正常模式、故障模式和防折弯模式。取铰接的Mc1车和T车公用一套防折弯系统为研究对象。通过AMESim软件对设计的两套防折弯系统进行仿真,对比它们在正常模式运行下,Mc1车主控油缸活塞位移量及T车主控油缸活塞位移量,及Mc1车主控油缸活塞受力的峰值。得出设计方案2为相对最优方案,并对设计方案2作进一步探讨。

    Abstract:

    The designed antikink systems of two sets of hydraulic system had the following 3 running modes: normal mode, fault mode and antikink mode. A set of antikink system that was used on Mc1 train and T train was taken as the research object. The two sets of antikink system were simulated with the software AMESim. The displacement of Mc1 train’〖KG-*2〗s hydraulic cylinder piston and T train’〖KG-*2〗s hydraulic cylinder piston, and the peak of the force of Mc1 train’〖KG-*2〗s hydraulic cylinder piston were compared when they were operated at the normal mode. The second design scheme was the optimal one and it was discussed deeply.
