    摘要:

    针对衔铁组件的过盈联接强度问题,根据厚壁圆筒理论获得多层过盈联接的接触应力计算方法,利用该方法计算衔铁组件过盈联接之间各接触面的接触应力,从而获得衔铁组件的压装力范围。利用ANSYS Workbench分析衔铁组件的压装过程,获得衔铁组件压装力范围。将理论计算结果和仿真结果进行比较,两者最大偏差在5%以下,定性地验证了仿真结果的正确性。随机抽取24套衔铁组件利用已研制的压装设备进行压装实验,将实验结果与仿真结果进行比较,两者最大偏差约为2.1%,满足使用要求,可用于衔铁组件过盈联接强度的预测。

    Abstract:

    For the strength problem of armature component assembly with press fit, according to thickwalled cylinder theory, the contact stress calculation method of pressfit assembly with multilayer cylinders in the elastic range was reduced, and the contact stress of each contact surface of armature component assembly with press fit was calculated, then the pressmounting force range of armature component was obtained. The pressfit process of armature component was simulated by the numerical software ANSYS Workbench, then the pressmounting force range was obtained. Comparing the calculation results with the simulation results, it was shown that the maximum deviation between the calculation results and the simulation results was under 5%, so the simulation results were qualitative verified. 24 kinds of armature components selected randomly were assembled by using pressmounting device developed. Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results, it was shown that the maximum deviation between the experimental results and the simulation results was about 2.1%, so the simulation results satisfied using requirements for predicting the strength of armature component assembly with press fit.
