    摘要:

    介绍航空发动机进气道防冰阀的结构和原理,通过理论分析建立各部件的数学模型,并在AMESim软件中搭建防冰阀的整体模型。以某型飞机发动机为研究对象,仿真分析防冰阀中调压器的调压能力以及蝶形阀门下游的压力变化,结果表明所搭建模型满足工程要求。同时,利用所搭建的防冰阀AMESim模型,仿真分析空气污染导致节流孔堵塞的典型故障,结果表明:节流孔堵塞会导致蝶形阀门下游压力偏高,可能触发系统故障。研究结论能为航空运输企业维护飞机和民用飞机研发机构设计相关系统提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The structure and principle of the aircraft engine nose cowl thermal antiice(NCTAI)valve were introduced. Based on each component’s mathematical model, the whole model of the NCTAI valve was built in AMESim software. Taking an aircraft engine NCTAI valve as the object, the performances of the pressure regulator and the butterfly valve were simulated. The results show that the model meets the engineering requirements. The NCTAI valve typical faults of the plugged orifice caused by contamination were simulated and analyzed. The result shows that the plugged orifice may cause over pressure downstream the butterfly valve, and cause the system malfunction. This research conclusions can provide reference for airline company to maintain aircraft and for civil aircraft manufacturer to design related systems.
